📌:Ingredients
✅ Oats flakes 1 cup
✅ Walnuts1 cup
✅ Dates100 g
✅ Carrots100 g
✅ Cinnamon1/2 teaspoon
✅ Nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon
✅ Garlic powder 1/3 teaspoon
✅ Water 4-6 tablespoon
Blend all till smooth.
*if you find to dry add 1-2 teaspoon, when get sticky add more 1 -2 teaspoon Oats
*1-2Tablespoon honey -this is optional!
