Vanilla Energy Protein Balls

Even though these were a little sticky, they are very tasty and filling. Enjoy!

Vanilla Energy Balls
Ingredients:
3 - 4 tablespoons almond butter
3 tablespoons honey
3/4 cup oats
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup vanilla protein powder
Approximately 3/4 cup chopped almonds for coating

Directions:
Mix all ingredients except chopped almonds in a large bowl.
Mixture should be kind of dough like - with the consistency that you could roll into a ball.
If mixture is too liquidy, add more oats.
If mixture is too solid, add more milk, a tablespoon at a time.
Roll mixture into 1" balls.
Place on cookie sheet coated in parchment paper.
After all the balls are made, roll them in the chopped almonds.
Place tray in refrigerator to harden.
Store in an airtight container.
Makes approximately 20 balls.
