My spinach is beginning to flower aka BOLT, is yours?

If you have heritage/open pollinated plants, you can allow the flowers to grow on plants, you'd like to gather seeds from for future growing (Fall this year and Spring next year). if you leave the plant to flower, the leaves will quickly start turing fibrous and become very bitter....so soon you won't be able to eat the leaves from those plants

Want some plants to last a bit longer? pinch off the flowering/seeding area down to the last set of full sized leaves.
