4-5 tbs all purpose flour
150g fresh grated coconut
3tbs sugar
Few drops vanilla essence
Oil for frying

1kg de patate douce
4-5 c.a.b de farine toute usage
150g de noix de coco fraîche (râpée)
3 c.a.b de sucre
Quelques gouttes d'essence de vanille
huile pour la friture
