Prime Time reviews the haphazard planning and arrangements made by Indian Railways in what is called the 'world's largest online recruitment drive' for various job posts. Starting from failure of making prior notifications about the 'special trains' that were arranged for candidates who were to appear for the exams, the scene at the exam centres were no less than chaos. Examinees allege that there was no facility at the centres where they could hand over their backpacks and mobile phones for safekeeping. Vendors outside the centres made a killing by charging between 20 and 50 Rs for the retaining their belongings until the exams got over. (Audio in Hindi)
