Maroubra Sydney | sunny walk tour

Maroubra Beach is a 1.1kilometre-long cove bordered by windswept dunes, natural vegetation, and a rocky headland.

It is not as famous as Bondi and less touristic than its neighbour Coogee. It was designated as the first NSW National Surfing Reserve in 2006, in recognition of the beach's world-famous wave culture and extensive natural resources.
