As per the Circular No.56-JK(GAD) of 2021, Dated: 22-12-2021, the employees will be able to submit their property details on this portal from 1st of January, 2022 to 31st of January, 2022. The PRS e-filing is to ease the employee on filing and submission of property return.

Online Undertaking by Employee on PRS
"I do hereby declare that the statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
I further declare that I, my wife/husband or any other member of my family as referred to in the J&K Public Men and public Servants (Declaration of Assets and other provisions) Act, 1983 neither own nor have any property other than that Submitted."

Penalty for non-submission of returns.---If any public servant without any reasonable cause which he shall be required to show, fails to submit the returns annually, he shall be guilty of committing criminal misconduct as specified in claus (e) of sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Samvat 2006 and shall be punishable under the said Act.
