Crispy Peking Duck

Welcome to Bread & Butter cooking channel.
Today I show you the easiest way to cook the duck. And as bonus recipe I share my homemade peking duck sauce also called hoisin sauce.

To roast a duck you will need:
1 x duck
1 tbsp. spoon of “five-spice” powder
1 tbsp. spoon of Salt

Peking Duck sauce (Hoisin):
2 medjool dates or 4 prunes (soak in boiling water and use this water!)
3 tbs. peanut butter
3 tbs. of soy sauce
3 tbs. of rice vinegar
2 tbs. of sesame oil
1/2 tsp. of Chinese spices 5 spices
1 clove of garlic
5 tbsp. of water

Baking temperature: 160C/320F
