Ingredients:
🍗 Chicken
🍗 Tepung Goreng Ayam Rangup Puteri
🍗 Cooking Oil
🍗 Garlic
🍗 Onion
🍗 Dried Chilies
🍗 Curry Leaves
🍗 Spring Onion
🍗 Green Chilies
🍗 Roasted Cashew Nuts
🍗 Dark Soy Sauce
🍗 Sos Cili Puteri
🍗 Sos Tiram Puteri
🍗 Sos Lada Hitam Puteri
🍗 Sos Tomato Puteri

Method:

💙 Begin by coating the chicken with Tepung Goreng Ayam Rangup Puteri that has been mixed with water. Give it a second coating with the same mix; there's no need for additional egg coating.

💙 Fry the chicken until it's cooked thoroughly.

💙 Heat the cooking oil and sauté garlic over low heat until it becomes fragrant.

💙 Add sliced onions and sauté them until they turn a lovely golden brown.

💙 Then, introduce curry leaves and dried chilies, mixing them thoroughly.

💙 Add a generous portion of Sos Cili Puteri, Sos Tomato Puteri, Sos Tiram Puteri , and Sos Lada Hitam Puteri. Mix these sauces well.

💙 Enhance the color by adding a touch of dark soy sauce.

💙 Once the sauce simmers nicely, incorporate the fried chicken into the pan, making sure it's well coated with the flavorful sauce.

💙 To finish, garnish your dish with spring onions, green chilies, and roasted cashew nuts.

💙 Give it a final stir, and your delightful Deepavali Chili Chicken is ready to be served!
