Rear Admiral Brillante C. Ochoco was a former Flag Officer-In-Command (FOIC) of the Philippine Navy and former Commandant of the Philippine Coast Guard. He was a graduate of the Philippine Military Academy Class of 1955. He had an illustrious Naval Career.

Admiral Ochoco was a very loving husband, a caring father to his children and grandchildren.
He touched the lives of many people for his humility, fairness, generosity and integrity. He will be sorely missed.
