Eggs Benny The Boar from The Modern - Season 2 Episode 14

Hi! I’m Mali and in today's episode, I sample the Wild Boar Eggs Benny from Modern Cafe. The Boar Eggs Benny looked like a beautiful painting you can eat. There was an English muffin, pork belly, poached egg, Hollandaise sauce, a chipotle bbq sauce, some micro greens. When the eggs were cracked open it was like an egg yolk lava flow.

At first bite, the combination of the English muffin, the pork belly, the poached egg, the Hollandaise sauce all mixed together was savaoury and creamy and all around goodness. The potatoes were baked, lightly salted, and moorish. These flavours I would never think of putting together but thank goodness The Modern did because these flavours rocked and didn't boar (get it) me at all :)
