Only had this gimbal for 4 months and only used it 4 times with gentle/soft handling, on the fifth operation when I pulled this gimbal out to videograph my cousin's wedding it just decided to not want to work operate, I was very disappointed, the blue light "on" indicator just froze. Either this was a "new" bad copy or zhiyun sent out a refurbished used copy and sold it to me as "new". I am very disappointed because this gimbal died unexpectedly on an important event. Hopefully after I contact Zhiyun they will replace it with a new one, refund or help fix this one at no charge.
