The Disability Rights Network of PA, through a grant from PADDC, has produced Health Care Substitute Decision-Making, a question and answer video addressing common issues related to health care substitute decision-making.

This video is part of a series accompanying publication of Consent, Capacity, and Substitute-Decision Making, which can be found at www.drnpa.org/decision-making. The Disability Rights Network has produced four question and answer videos to accompany the guide: Guardianship; Financial Powers of Attorney; Health Care Substitute Decision-Making; and Trusts and Estates.

This project is designed to help people with disabilities, their family members, service providers, and others to be better informed about the important issues related to decision-making and thus assure that this right is protected for all.

This project has been supported by a grant from the Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council.
