This is another ultimate comfort food for the fall and winter months
very warm and filling
All cooked in one pot

Recipe
1 lbs. Chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces
3 - 4 smoked link sausage cut into ½-inch slices
1# raw shrimp peeled and deveined
2 cups Sweet Onion finely chopped
1 cup Celery finely chopped
1 cup Green Bell Pepper finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic crushed or 2 tbsp minced Garlic
4 tsp old school uncle Steve shake
2 tsp salt and pepper
2 tsp cavenders meat seasoning
2 tsp granulated garlic
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. can Tomato Paste
15 oz. can crushed Tomatoes with juice
2 Long Grain White Rice
3 cups Chicken Broth

add vegetable oil to large pot(dutch oven is best)
add chicken and brown completely
add seasoning and sausage
cook for 2-3 minutes
remove meat from pot and set aside
add vegetables and cook untill tender
add tomato products and stock
stir and add rice
add back the chicken,sausage and shrimp
cover pot and place in 350 degree over for 30-45 minutes
stir pot every 15 minutes to make sure rice is fully incorporated and not sticking
