I gave them 12 Months. ResMed is yet to release an OEM 12-24V DC converter cable which is a joke. Here's how you can make one yourself

Alternatively, you could just use standard crimp butt connectors but it just wouldn't be waterproof etc. You also wouldn't need a heat gun in this case unless you wanted to heat shrink the tube over the butt connectors.
