Mr. Sajan moved to Dubai in 1993 with just a few thousand dirhams. That same year, he established Danube as a small trading firm in building materials. Fast forward to today, Danube has expanded into multiple sectors, including real estate, home interiors, and retail, with operations in countries like Bahrain, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, India, and China. Under his visionary leadership, Danube Properties has delivered 25 residential projects in nine years. Of those, 10 were launched in just 19 months. He is revolutionizing the UAE real estate market. His innovative payment plans, like the famous 1% per month scheme, make luxury living affordable. This earned him the title of Dubai’s 1% Man.

His story has earned him global fame. Forbes Middle East lists him among the top 100 Indian business leaders in the UAE.
