With cameras and sound, we were given freedom to move about in Josh, Justine, and James’ world full of “making things”. We produced this documentary special feature from the long couple days of conversation, pottery making, bookbinding, and exploring what it means to share your time and skill with others. “The Potter and the Horse Smeller” is part of a larger body of film works we are currently producing to help Panther Creek Pottery and Horse Smeller show their work to the world while encouraging others to do the same.

Our area has so much to give. Thank you to the Ice House Gallery for welcoming us to film at the Mayfield Gourd Festival for some of these scenes as well as an upcoming film on the Gourd Festival itself.
