I wrote a post on Substack about cancer and fatigue and mentioned tapping as a management strategy. I got some questions about it so I made a very short video about what it looks like. This is certainly not thorough but fortunately, there are a lot of videos on youtube that go deeper. I don't personally buy all the purported benefits but it's proven useful for me to get some focus and alertness in the moment.
