The impact of #COVID-19 has changed our society and world in powerful ways. We have experienced pervasive and devastating public health consequences. However, there is a myriad of other difficult issues and emotional responses that are difficult to process and understand. Whether it be general anxiety, news overload, trying to find hope, powerlessness, or outright trauma effects, some overwhelming sensations may be very dysregulating.

To help individuals cope with these issues, Lakeside has filmed a Coping with COVID-19 general series, by topic, available on YouTube and on our blog. You can join Gerry Vassar, President/CEO of Lakeside, and Diane Wagenhals, Program Director, author, researcher, and trainer in trauma-related issues in relevant and conversational discussions of how to deal with added stressors in this turbulent time of the COVID-19 pandemic.
