An Agilists quest for improving the Agility practices is well known fact. And I am no exception to it! ? Recently we developed a Maturity Model - the AMI (Agility Maturity Index of R1). AMI� has been designed in a way to counter Cognitive biases, prevent Managerial influences, and allows the model to focus on realities and nuances.
