She explains how becoming anchored in a personal relationship with the Divine “imparts to us spiritual strength, protection, and the divine understanding with which we can navigate successfully through all the difficulties and the uncertainties that we face in our world today.”


This satsanga, which was recorded at the SRF International Headquarters in Los Angeles, includes a period of guided meditation and chanting.
