1. Endometriosis is not always the reason why you cannot achieve a pregnancy as a couple, you still need a full work up and investigations.
2. Many laparoscopies does not mean you will be disease free or fall pregnant.
3. Endometriosis patients typically present with reduced ovarian reserve or viable eggs.

It is important to know what stage of endometriosis you have, as that will help you make your decision of next steps when trying to conceive. Also with management for your disease and pain levels accurately.
