Information War in Ukraine | Expert Conversation with Dr. Frank Sauer

Our daily business has faded into the background over the past week, giving way to a deep sense of dismay about the events in #Ukraine – and #solidarity with those affected by this cruel war.

As part of our desire to make sense of the war in Ukraine, today we are having a special expert conversation session on the information war in Ukraine (and beyond) with Dr. Frank Sauer, Senior Research Fellow at Universität der Bundeswehr München. What is the role of information technology, Big Tech, and cyber operations in the war in Ukraine? What does it mean for all of us in Europe?

Frank Sauer is an expert in international politics with a focus on security, nuclear issues, terrorism, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies. His field of expertise lies in the military application of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics.
