Interview with a Principal Software Engineering Manager at Microsoft (My Ex-Boss)

I'm an ex-software engineer at Amazon and Microsoft, now turned cofounder of a $10+ million startup company of 30+ employees. During my time at Amazon and Microsoft, I get to work with many amazing coworkers and managers, including Meir Shmouely, currently a Principal Software Engineering Manager in the Microsoft Azure team. In this interviewed I asked him how he got to tech, how his work has been impacted by COVID, and for advice for those who are just starting their career in tech.
