The type of programmatic targeting we work with fall under three categories; location based targeting, digitally based targeting, & third party data targeting.
Location Based Targeting:
Geographic Targeting: This allows us to target a specific country, state, designated market area, zip codes, or radius (as little as 5 miles).
Traditional Geofence Targeting: This is our hyper-targeted location based targeting capabilities. We use GPS satellite tracking to identify devices/people who have been to a very specific location like a building, section of a building, event, etc...& then we are able to serve them programmatic ads for up to 30 days. This technology is accurate within 4.9 meters.
Addressable Geofence Targeting: This form of geofencing uses the same technology as what we call traditional geofencing, but it is better for large lists of residential homes. Addressable geofencing can take a mailing list, or we can generate a custom list of addresses based on over 1,500 demographic criteria, & our system will automatically apply geofences to the property lines of each address. For example, if you are a home improvement company that uses direct mail, we can take the same list and target the same homes with digital programmatic advertising (display ads, video pre-roll ads, & OTT ads).
Conversion Zone Geofence Targeting: These are fences that we apply to areas we want consumers to go & to measure how a geofencing advertising campaign is preforming. This is fantastic for home improvement retail stores or for companies that sell products within a home improvement store. Conversion Zones will be set up around these areas of conversions & then we'll be able to say, "this many devices were served an ad & also came into the location you wanted them to come into."
Digitally Based Targeting:
Search Retargeting: For home improvement clients, we build large, specific keyword lists, so when a consumer is searching online for a keyword from our list, we'll be able to serve them programmatic ads for up to 30 days.
Contextual Retargeting: This is very similar to search retargeting, but instead it focuses on the content that people are digesting online. If a consumer is on an app or website that has a keyword from our list, that will trigger programmatic ads to be served to them for up to a month.
Site Retargeting: With site retargeting, we follow visitors to your website around with display, video pre-roll, and/or OTT ads.
Third Party Data: This is information we tap into from six different data sources that provides demographic, economic, interest, intent to purchase, habits, and other similar information about a person. A very general example is that we can target high income individuals, that own their own homes, and have an interest in home improvement.
