Permanent Vibration Monitoring System according to industrial standards, the Schaller Automation ACCOMOS system! It is the first and only of its kind in our industry and aims on strengthening Predictive Maintenance (PdM) procedures on board and/or where applicable. It helps to monitor your engine and other equipment in accordance with DIN-ISO 10816-6 specifications in order to plan ahead your maintenance and to make such planning more efficient. The ACCOMOS detects discrepancies in vibration behavior and warns the operators of the deviations.

The permanent installation will be done by ultra-strong magnets placing it easy but efficiently to components or areas which you wish to monitor or which monitoring is compulsory from time to time. Not only is the installation very simple, the set-up is similarly simple as well as we have added a self-teach-in function which allows the system to monitor the existing vibration over a period of time to set the notification thresholds by itself as recommendation, a manual threshold set-up is still possible at any time of course as well.
