Saiful Islam, President of Brahmanbaria District Nationalist Unity Council, presided over the function organized by Al Sarafia Jafaria Restaurant in Jeddah. Conducted by Aminul Islam, General Secretary of Oikya Parishad.

Ahmed Ali Mukib, convener of the Saudi Arabian Western Region, was present as the chief guest. The keynote speaker was Mir Moniruzzaman Tapan, Member Secretary of the Convening Committee, Special Guest Joint Convener Abdul Mannan, Kefayet Ullah Chowdhury Kismat, Abdullah Mohsin, Dr. Enam, Rafiqul Islam Jasim, Senior Vice President Sohail Rana.

Also present were Abu Naeem, Advisor Salauddin Bhuiyan, Barru Zaman, Monirul Haque, Al Amin, Joint Secretary Jahangir Shuvo, Co-Organizing Secretary Anisur Rahman, Sohrab Hossain Dipu, Senior Joint-Secretary Ziaur Rahman Khan, Sumon Chowdhury, Rahman, Anwarul Islam and others.

The convener of the program implementation committee was Russell Bhuiyan and member secretary Kausar Abdus Salam. Shah Mostaq, co-president of Shonan organization read out the certificate.

Mahfuz Joynal Abedin Bachir, Publicity Secretary, Nirab, Ali Akbar, Jonaid and others welcomed all the guests with certificates and flowers on behalf of the organization.
