HOW TO MAKE CRISPY FRIED FISH! Hands down the best ever
Hey y'all today I'll be showing you guys how to make crispy fried fish, I'n this video I used tilapia but you can use whatever fish you prefer such as, catfish, cod fish ect. for this fry fish recipe. I'm using a new method to make the fish extra crispy and no it's not the corn meal method, once you start using this new method for your fish batter you'll never go back on using beer batter or corn meal again in my opinion.

INGREDIENTS! How To Fried Fish!
2 tilapia fillet
salt to taste
1/4 tsp cayenne
1 tsp creole seasoning
1/4 ground pepper
1 cup all purpose flour

The batter
1 cup flour
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp creole seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1/4 baking baking powder
1 cup of water (add gradually)

fry on 350 degrees for 3 to 6 minutes or longer depend on how thick your fish is or how crispy you want it
