Phase I of construction on the Anthony Wayne Drive Apartments will begin in spring 2017 and will be open to students for Fall 2018. These apartments will house 842 students in a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments with upscale finishes and residential grade kitchens. In addition to residential units, the new building will include 18,000 square feet for retail space and 9,000 square feet for a new student health services center.
