Mary Oakley Robertson, a student at ETSU, turned a setback into a success by launching her custom shoe business, Moakley Customs. After an injury ended her track career, Mary discovered her passion for art, which led her to design custom shoes for the USA Women's Gymnastics Team, including icons like Simone Biles and Jordan Chiles, for the Paris 2024 Olympics. As a Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship major in ETSU's College of Business and Technology, Mary applies what she’s learned in class to grow her business and fulfill an incredible opportunity.
