Bright IA engineered a multi-machine tending robotic work cell for the adhesive industry to improve flexibility and reduce labor requirements.

This robotic cell uses a FANUC CRX-10iA cobot to automate handling of adhesive and caulking cartridges across four machines. It picks empty cartridges, verifies orientation with a vision system, loads them into a filler, then places filled cartridges into a capping machine or drawers based on SKU via HMI.
