Gingerbread Cake
1 cup polenta
¼ tsp baking soda
sea salt (a pinch)
3 eggs
¼ cup honey
¼ cup coconut oil
8oz fresh pumpkin
¼ cup fresh ginger (peeled and grated) or 2tsp ground ginger
1tsp nutmeg (optional)
1tsp cinnamon (optional)

Custard
1tbsp polenta
1/2 cup vegan milk
1tbsp of honey if you're using unsweetened milk
vanilla pod/extract (optional)

Bake at 180° for 15 minutes
