Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to staying in the game. Realizing the story isn’t in the destination but in the journey. No one said the journey was going to be easy, but there is no doubt in my mind that it will be worth it. Things worth having are worth fighting for. You have relationships, dreams, goals and etc. that you must not give up on because they are all a part of you. Do not allow fear to hold you back from them, create distance between you or convince you that you aren’t good enough. You are good enough because you ARE enough. You must realize that with all of your being, you must want whatever it is out of life just as bad as you want to breathe. Your happiness is the key to your survival. Do not rob yourself of that!

Fear simply put is false evidence appearing real. It is all an illusion. The moment you decide to step into your greatness, you will see that. You will find yourself running towards fear rather than away from it. It’s going to take guts. No need to worry about that, you already have it. The only concern you should have is keeping your eye on the “prize!” Just as Sia belts in Eminem’s song, “Guts Over Fear” you will “run out of excuses for everyone, [including yourself]. So here [you are] and you will not run.” You will steadfast and stay in the game because you have guts over fear!
