Pectoralis Major Release

The Pectoralis (Pec) Major is a strong primary mover of the shoulder that can create havoc in your shoulder if it is predominantly strong/tight from poor posture due to long periods of sitting or doing a lot of anterior (pressing) gym work.

An easy way to change the state of this muscle is with a ball as described in the video. It only takes a couple of minutes and will give you an instant feeling of relief and improved mobility.
