In this video I share part of a class on Young Living essential oils and some other great oils I have collected from Wholistic Botanicals. After you pour the olive oil, or other plant oil into the bottle, you add approximately 10 drops of essential oil of choice. You will want to use specific blends, depending on the goal you have. I share some of these blends in the video. The cool thing is YOUNG LIVING has some wonderful blends, like Digize that I share in the video for digestion. Diluting your oils first, makes them better to use topically for one, and secondly it also helps your oils last longer! The price of YL oils is higher, and getting the maximum from them is numero uno. What I found with Young Living is that the quality is so HIGH, that when you dilute you do not even notice. The potency is still there, the strength is still there, and the oils still work.
