Located in the heart of the Romania, in Brașov, Limex company is your reliable destination for premium services of laser cutting, precision mechanical processing, welding, and electrostatic painting!
Having a permanent service dedicated to customers, and being ISO 9001 certified, we can ensure our customers a permanent traceability and follow-up of the quality, respectively of the orders in progress.
Using the latest laser cutting technologies, both for sheets, pipes and profiles, we can easily cut shapes up to 2000 by 6000 millimeters, up to 40 millimeters thick in steel, respectively 6000 millimeters with a diameter of a maximum of 230 millimeters, and a maximum thickness of 10 millimeters, for pipes and profiles, the production of the cutting gases being carried out internally.
Using dedicated software and state-of-the-art equipment, we can perform complex and precision sheet bending operations, with thicknesses of up to 20 millimeters in steel, the maximum bending length being 4000 millimeters.
Always having a passionate welding engineering and programming team, and laser tracking systems to self-correct during the process, the quality of the MIG MAG welding process is carefully controlled to ensure the best quality for our customers.
We also have manual welding stations, using both the MIG MAG and TIG processes.
Sheet metal stamping operations are carried out with the help of a fully automatic line, which performs both the loading operation and the sorting operation of the resulting parts.
We also use semi-automatic progressive hydraulic presses, for high-complexity parts, of medium to large series.
In the mechanical processing department, with the help of the latest generation equipment available, consisting of various three- and five-axis machining centers, as well as various numerically controlled Swiss type lathes, and conventional CNC lathes, we can produce various parts of a complexity and high precision, always managing to respect the customer's specifications.
We also have the ability to perform pipe and profile bending operations, up to a diameter of 90 millimeters and a wall thickness of 3 millimeters in steel.
In the end, a good part of the various parts made here at Limex, are electrostatic painted, or shipped to various local partners for metal coatings, such as electrolytic or thermal galvanizing.
