In this tutorial, I will walk you through how to Create Custom or Professional Emails in your cPanel and How to access or read your emails.

The first Part;
Creating Custom/Professional Emails

Login to your cPanel. At the Email Section, click Email Accounts. The Email Accounts Page opens. On your right, click on Create.

First select the domain you want to create the email account for, after that,
enter the email prefix in the username field. In my case I will enter “info” for the username because I want to create [email protected].
Enter a secure password and
Click on the “Create” below the Optional Settings. My Email Account is successfully created. i.e. [email protected].

To access or check email created, we have a couple of options;
1. Access directly via the cPanel
2. Access via a web browser (webmail)
3. Or configure email on your phone or pc using a mail client such as outlook.
In this tutorial I will take you through the first 2. A tutorial will be provided for the third option in a different video

Let’s begin with how to access email created directly in your cPanel.

Login to your cPanel. At the Email Section, click Email Accounts. That will bring you to this page. Click “Check Email” beside the Manage on your right on the email account you want to access. This takes you straight to the Webmail automatically without requesting for a password.

Click on the “roundcube box” on your upper left to access your email account. This takes you to the inbox page of your Email Account. From here you can check your inbox or send new messages from your custom/professional account.

Now the second option,
Access email via a web browser without going through the cPanel.
To begin: Open your browser. Type your domain name with “/webmail” in the address bar and press enter. In my case shostdemo.com/webmail. This takes you to the Webmail login interface.
Enter your Email Address and Password and click login.
I will be entering my email address; [email protected] and my password.

The Webmail Dashboard Interface opens. Click on the “roundcube box” on your upper left to access your email account. This takes you to the inbox page of your Email Account. From here you can check your inbox or send new messages from your custom/professional account.
