For Christmas this year we decided to do something abit different .... A 10-day UK road trip heading North, with our first stop being the Lake District where we have a wet and wonderful experience, with a hike to Cathedral cave taking in the beautiful wet wintery landscape and enjoying nature with beautiful mountain views when they were in view from the clag! The cave was breathtaking and so much bigger having been there in person and we had it all to ourselves, which doesn't happen often.

The Lake District we knew would be a good choice for our UK roadtrip adventure for an overnight stop. Where we go onto visit Coniston Inn for the night before we head off North the following Morning!

So come with us for the first part of our UK road trip winter adventure, around the Lake District and Coniston, enjoy the scenery, the laughing and joking along the way and maybe give you some inspiration for a trip in the UK.
