We took an offshore fishing trip to the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Captain John Parks of Early Riser Fishing Charters took us out in a 35 foot Wellcraft where we targeted Wahoo, King Mackerel, and Billfish. We were on the backside of a big storm and fishing was a little slower than normal but we were able to land some false albacore and had a couple shots at some mahi, dorado, or dolphin (they have too many names).

The water got a little rough crossing the bar at the inlet on the way in but I sure love going saltwater fishing in NC, it’s so much fun!
