The Arboretum was founded in 1947. Located just across the Santa Anita horse racetrack.
It is open daily and only closes on Christmas Day.
Please note that foods are not allowed to bring inside the park, you can buy it there and eat in designated area around the park.
It's a self-guided tour which takes you about 3hours if you want to see the whole 127acres. A long walk but it's all worth it.
