Any Honeycake lovers here?
No oven, No Egg

Ingredients :
Wet:
Milk 1 cup
Milk powder 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar 3/4 cup
Oil 1/2cup
Vanilla essence
Dry:
Maida 1.25 cup
Corn flour 2 tb sp
Baking soda 1/2tsp
Baking powder 1tsp
Lime juice 1 tsp.

Recipe :
Mix in all the wet ingredients, and Sieve in the dry ingredients, mix, add lemon juice and mix again.
Heat a paniyaram pan over a tawa and heat. Brush with oil and make the apples covered at low heat.
Mix honey with hot water. Poke the cakes and brush with honey to soak in.
Soften the jam with hot water and spread it over the cake.
Dust Dessicated coconut over this.
