Lechon Manok

You can now easily make lechon manok at home. You can use an oven, a turbo boiler or even grill it over hot coals. In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to make lechon manok without the need to marinate as long as you have a marinade injector. If you don't have one, you can still make the lechon manok by marinating the chicken overnight inside the refrigerator. This recipe will give you a juicy and tender lechon manok that your family will enjoy!
