Check out one of my favorite pieces of equipment on my reef The Clear Water Algae Scrubber. I have used Clear Water Algae Scrubbers for 6+ years. They are the best and only choice for your algae scrubbing needs, why use a refrugium. I grow my algae in a box, it outcompetes the nutrients in the display tank so it cannot populate there and then I remove the harvest from the scrubber every few weeks!

I also run the algae scrubber opposite of my light schedule to help stabilize PH!
