On this edition we're going back to our roots with Paddlecast and talking about access, the Countryside and Rights of Way Act(CRoW) and trespass. The guests are some of the leading figures in this field and there's lots to get into here that will affect the paddlesport community.

Kate Ashbrook is a pioneer and legend. She's currently General Secretary of the Outdoor Spaces Society, which is our oldest national conservation body. And she's also involved in many other organisations. She's a past president and chair of the Ramblers.

Doctor Cath Flitcroft is responsible for managing the British Mountaineering Council's relationship with the Government and other countryside and recreational organisations. She's often to be found lobbying hard for the rights of hill walkers, climbers and mountaineers.

Alison Hallas is the Policy and Advocacy Officer with The Ramblers, the charity that works to protect and expand the places people love to walk. Alison's remit is both countryside and access.
