Don't use your cooldowns too early in a fight, wait until people are committed and fighting to make plays at impactful moments. You ESPECIALLY have to make sure you're not left vulnerable against flankers. I'd like to see you Nano early and as soon as your teammates are deep in the fight; wait too long and it can be too late to turn the tide of the fight.
