Ingredients:
4 potatoes
salt
oil
Cream cheese
salt & black pepper
spring onion
cheese

Method:
Line up the baking tray with aluminum foil and place the potatoes on it
Prick them with the fork, and rub them with salt & oil
Keep it in the oven for 90 minutes at 190 or 200 degrees depending on the size of potatoes
When the potatoes cool down wipe off excess oil & salt and cut off the top
Scoop out the interior of the potato
With the mashed potatoes add the cream cheese, salt and pepper and spring onions
Fill the hallow potatoes with the filling
grate some cheese on top
Keep it in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes

Enjoy the baked potatoes!
