Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sohaib Afridi, has announced a major visit to Sindh and Karachi on January 9 as part of PTI’s nationwide street movement.
According to his statement on X (formerly Twitter), CM KP will bring a special message from PTI founder Imran Khan and meet party workers in Karachi.
This announcement comes after his controversial visit to Lahore, where he accused the Punjab government of protocol violations, harassment, road blockades, and a coordinated digital defamation campaign.
CM KP later wrote a strong letter to Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, calling the treatment unconstitutional and against inter-provincial harmony.
Meanwhile, in another major development, the Punjab Bar Council has suspended the license of Advocate Mian Ali Ashfaq following a viral video.
The Executive Committee has also referred the case to the Disciplinary Committee for permanent cancellation of his license over alleged professional misconduct, including court appearance during a judicial strike and violation of legal ethics.
