A macro is a group of commands that you want to do again and again, and once you record it, you can choose it from the Macros group on the View tab and run it. From the View tab on the ribbon, click on Macros, click on Record Macro to record a macro. Name your macro and give it a description before saving it. At any time, you may click on View Macro to see your stored macros.
