How to Make a Dresden Plate - Vintage Quilt Block Series

This year I am exploring vintage quilt blocks and how to make them. The first block I want to explore is the Dresden Plate. I have quilted several of them and even appliqued the plates to background squares, but I have never pieced a Dresden from scratch. I have discovered that it is a lot of fun!
