Xda Developer albinoman887 released a test alpha build of Android Marshmallow 6.0 / Cyanogenmod 13 for the Samsung Galaxy S5 series.

The installation and flashing instructions are basically the same like any other custom rom you have flashed.

1. Download the latest Cyanogenmod 13 build for the Galaxy S5
2. Download Gapps Android Marshmallow 6.0 (just google for it)
3. Reboot your phone in to recovery.
4. Wipe everything, cache and data.
5. Select the relevant zip filed for cm13 you want to flash
6. reboot your phone and allow boot to finish.

This video shows the flashing of Cyanogenmod 13 for the Samsung Galaxy s5 klte device and booting it for the first time, just dont expect and in depth demonstration of the rom yet. Several things have been tested like camera, bluetooth, dialer, wifi and data, all do work without any problems. Yet there are some laggy and buggy stuff still in it.

If you want to download Android Marshmallow 6.0 / Cyanogenmod 13 for the Samsung Galaxy S5, the following models are currently supported:

G900F KLTE
G900I (kltedv)
G900P (kltespr)
G900R4 (klteusc)
G900V (kltevzw)
